It's been a nice relaxing weekend. Friday night we went over to Lisa's parents who were on vacation and Dan and Ryan swam and then we played some euchre. Their house is awesome. It doesn't look all that big from the outside, but it has like 5 or 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms! They have this one room called the mother-in-law quarters. It has it's own set of stairs leading up to it and it's a bedroom and a full bathroom. Oh the guest room possibilities with that one!
Saturday we had church and group and then went to Ryan and Heather's to play Catan. I love that we have our friends hooked on that game. Our other friend Dock won the first game and I won the second. Fun time had by all.
Today Ry got up with the bananna and I slept in until 11:30am! It was so nice. Last week we stayed up way to0 late every night and it's taking it's toll on me. Ryan is up in New Carlisle tonight through Tuesday. The new Regional director is starting from the Richmond, VA office that Ryan opened. Now he's moving on to Georgia to open an office. I think the combination of having our friends move to Alabama and Minnesota and Ryan opening these offices has gotten me in the wandering mood again. I've been wanting to move again, but I know that we are here to stay for a while, but who knows maybe in the next couple of years God will have something else planned for us.
Thanks for taking the time to blog Mare from England. It's been so fun reading all about it. And a belated happy birthday to ya! Crazy story about the guy in the tree Matt and Tracy. I think a fun ending to that story would have been if the guy jumped into the crowd and they crowd surfed him to a clean get away.
Tonight Hannah took her first crawling steps! It was pretty exciting. She's been army crawling around a little, but she stayed up on all fours tonight. Last night during group a lady came down to tell us that all the girl's were fussy and crying in the nursery and then she looked at us and said, well all of them except for Hannah, she's just playing up there. I felt bad for the other parents, but I have to admit I was a pretty proud mama too! I'm glad she's gotten her daddy's laid back genes so far!
Well I guess i better hit the hay. I need to start this week off on the right foot. My goal for the new Michelle is to finish getting the house completely organized this week so that I can start working on the little stuff I've been wanting to accomplish like scrap booking and coming up with business ideas to make us rich!
Have a good week all and I'll see yas around the blog!
