As I reflect back on my life so far I have realized that I'm really just an average girl, with an average life, living with an average disease. But what I do have is an AMAZING God who continues to blow me away with His love and His grace in my life. This is my attempt at putting into writing my journey so far.

Hello all! I'm sitting here on hold with our phone company, so I thought I would blog for a minute. They've been overcharging us on a USF fee every month and since I'm anal about stuff like that I caught it and am not giving up until they admit it. I always complain when stuff like this happens, but deep down I think I do enjoy conflict. Isn't that sick? I wish I wasn't like that, but I guess I enjoy a good fight every now and then.

Our friend Phil who just moved out to San Diego for his internship called us this week to thank us for leaving Cali, because now the weather is the beautiful San Diego weather he has heard about. :) Oh well, despite being cold and cloudy, getting really sick, and not seeing Bob Barker it really was a fun week. But it's always fun being with Matt and Tracey no matter where we are. You'll have to let us know when another townhome becomes available in your complex. Maybe I'll talk Ryan into moving out there!

I'm sorry you were sick Matt. I feel as though I had something to do with that. We probably should have disinfected your apartment before we left. I hope you are feeling better now.

That's so fun that you were a tv star Tracey! You should sue them for not getting your consent to be on tv. I could fight for you if you want! :)

So what has been new in my life lately....Pretty much my life was spent up in Bryan, OH this past month working on my project. But we shipped it out and there are only a few loose ends to tie up now, so that is such a relief! God has been so amazing to me through this process. There is no way I could have gotten through this without his strength and perserverance flowing through me. I'm sure that is why I got sick though, because my body was just releasing all that stress. Tracey's chiroblabber adjusted me though which was so nice of him and I felt a lot better. And now I can also picture them when they tell stories.

As Ryan said in his blog, our flight was uneventful on the way back. Not a whole lot of sleep, but we made up for it in the next coule of days. I didn't realize how spoiled we were flying first class on the way there until we flew coach on the way back. It definitely is a huge difference! I also didn't realize how incredibly huge my butt has gotten until I sat in the coach seats! But oh well, a big booty will be worth the sweet little peanut we will get.

Today I watched this sign with your baby video I ordered. I am pretty pumped to do this with Hannah. I'm sure I will be bugging you a lot Tracey for advice! It will be hard to wait until the 6-8 months they say to wait before they can really comprehend the signs. But we'll probably start signing early just so we get into the habit of it.

We only have 13 weekends before Hannah is due! I can't believe how fast it is coming. I have finally come to grips with the fact that our house will not be ready until Nov or Dec, so my friend Heather talked me into decorating our second room at least a little bit for a nursery. i think that will definitely help with my nesting that is beginning to kick in. We are going to get rid of some furniture that won't really go in our new house anyway and then do some rearranging, so that will be fun to at least have a little change and make some room for our new addition.

I have my first baby shower next weekend in Cincinnati. I can't wait! I'm so excited that Tracey gets to be here for it too. I really wish she could be here for the delivery, but we both agreed that it will probably be a little difficult to coordinate, but she'll get to see her soon after though at kevin and emily's wedding.

This weekend we are going to Columbus for my mom's 50th birthday. She doesn't seem to excited about it, but hopefully she'll have a good time. We were trying to plan a big surprise party for her, but it fell through due to the procrastination of all of us. So we are going to have a cookout with just the family. It should be a fun time. Sunday we are going to have lunch with Grammy and Grandad and Tracey and then take Tracey onto Cincinnati. So that timing worked out nicely, plus we get to see Tracey again so soon.

Well after that long blog I think I am done. Have a great weekend everyone. I can't wait to hear about your Alaskan adventures Mary and Casey!

Welp folks, for some reason, my old blog got the boot, so here is my new one. Sorry for the hassle. I guess I wasn't a frequent enough blogger.

There is much to update on since I haven't written in a while, but I will have to save that for a later date. I have a lot to get caught up on at home since I have only been in Lexington about 6 days total in the last 4 weeks.

Peace all!
